Job Summary

Identify and qualify licensing leads and expand Authentic's partner network by generating new business with manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and digital marketplaces. Develop and present compelling value propositions to target decision-makers, maintain ongoing awareness of merchandise categories, hand over qualified leads to Business Development Executives, and grow the licensing partner database through research and outreach. Collaborate with Brand Managers and Business Development teams to align opportunities with the portfolio, achieve KPI targets for pipeline and outbound activity, and contribute to the continued growth of Authentic's licensing ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have at least one successful sales position with a proven record of achievement
  • Bonus if licensing sales experience
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (value selling, target account selling, solutions selling, strategic selling)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decisions
  • Ambitious and results-oriented with excellent communication skills
