Job Summary

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact sales and leasing team, setting clear goals, coaching performance, and creating a culture of excellence and accountability. Drive customer satisfaction and retention by overseeing the full sales and leasing lifecycle from lead distribution to final close, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations. Manage lease portfolios, inventory strategies, and new vehicle sourcing to optimize revenue, minimize aging, and ensure availability aligns with market demand. Oversee the reconditioning process for vehicles destined for the sales yard, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and cost-effective execution. Manage and approve purchase orders (POs), maintaining budget control and supporting efficient operational workflows. Organize, monitor, and optimize pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, appropriate aging management, and inventory levels aligned with sales objectives and market demand. Collaborate cross-functionally with Branch Management, Marketing, Credit, and Finance to structure deals, deliver on targets, and drive branch profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in vehicle sales, leasing, or sales management, with a track record of hitting and surpassing targets through leadership and strategic execution
