Job Summary
Sales & Leasing Agent at Havenpark Communities responsible for marketing, selling, and renting homes within Havenpark communities. You’ll generate and manage leads, drive traffic through networking and events, guide prospects through the Havenpark Sales Matrix from first showing to close, and ensure a smooth buying/rental experience in compliance with Fair Housing Standards and Havenpark policies. You’ll manage sales agreements, including tax calculations, payment plans, and credit checks, log interactions in the CRM, stay informed on product knowledge and market trends, and support resident relations and referrals. Collaboration with the Community Manager and Sales Manager to execute sales and marketing plans is essential, as is strong communication, organization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-commission sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales with strong customer service instincts
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Self-starter in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with accountability
- Sharp math skills and comfort with payment calculations and contracts
- Detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- At least one year of sales experience in a high commission environment preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
