Job Summary
Sell affordable housing by converting demand into closings through a structured sales process. Responsibilities include marketing inventory across channels, guiding prospects from first showing to signed deals, managing a robust pipeline with leads and referrals, handling sales agreements and calculations accurately, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards. The role requires a documented sales track record, a competitive drive, comfort with high-volume in-person selling, self-direction, strong numerical ability, and a collaborative, coachable mindset. Experience in manufactured housing, property management, or leasing is a plus, and a criminal background check is required.
Required Qualifications
- A documented sales track record and ability to carry an individual quota in a fast-paced, commission-driven role
- Comfort with high-volume, face-to-face selling
- Self-direction and follow-through to manage own pipeline and day
- Sharp with figures including payment math, contracts, and tax considerations
- Coachable and team-minded with willingness to contribute to the community
- Manufactured housing, property management, or leasing experience is a plus but not required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to market inventory through channels like Facebook Marketplace, social channels, listings, signage, and local outreach
- Ability to convert demand into closings with a high level of customer service
- CRM usage and careful record-keeping
- Compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policy
