Job Summary
Conduct multi-year rotational training across sales, operations, and management phases, performing tasks from receiving and shipping materials to processing sales orders, bids, quotes, and job scheduling. Build relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors while completing vendor product knowledge sessions, online courses, and joint sales calls. Gain hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment and using Microsoft Office software to manage sales plans and customer data. Drive company business by maintaining accurate records, analyzing customer data, and adapting quickly to changing work environments. This program pairs your career goals with business needs to prepare you for long-term roles in sales, operations management, or profit center leadership.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a proper and valid driver's license
- Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with company policy
- Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Be able to quickly gain knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center
- Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, customer contact files, and to analyze customer data
