Job Summary
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm while conducting consultations to understand goals and support personalized treatment recommendations. Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products, and financing options to drive sales performance through memberships, package sales, rebooking, and retention. Execute follow-up outreach via calls, texts, and emails to support conversion and loyalty. Manage front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, phones, and payment processing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Partner with clinical providers to ensure a seamless guest experience and support studio events and local marketing initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio environment. This role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
