Job Summary
Forge connections with clients, event planners, and organizers to secure bookings and foster repeat business. Explore new business opportunities across all market segments through thorough market research. Offer revenue and room night data and conduct regular quarterly reviews with key account contacts. Craft customized event proposals and finalize contracts, encompassing terms, pricing, and event specifics. Negotiate terms and conditions for RFPs, groups, and events. Represent the brand at trade shows and networking events while conducting site inspections alongside clients. Requires demonstrated experience in conference and events sales coordination, proficiency in stakeholder engagement, and a can-do approach with exceptional time management. Flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience in Conference & Events or Sales Coordination
- Robust proficiency in engaging and negotiating with stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the local market
