Job Summary

Sales and Education Executive responsible for driving in-store revenue across a luxury beauty retailer footprint in the GTA East (Toronto, ON). Role involves leading education and artistry initiatives, coaching Beauty Advisors and counters, executing in-store events aligned with product launches, and building strong relationships with store teams and leadership. Key activities include delivering product knowledge, brand messaging, and core SKU education; creating territory growth plans; conducting store visits and performance recaps; leveraging BI dashboards to monitor SKU performance and sales trends; recruiting and training freelance demonstrators to meet sales budgets; and contributing to a positive, professional luxury service standard across the territory. Requires makeup artistry experience, strong communication, client-service orientation, and the ability to drive tier-one retailer results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in retail or the service industry
  • 3+ years of beauty or retail management experience; luxury department store or specialty retail experience strongly preferred
  • Makeup artistry experience essential
  • Strong interpersonal communication and empathy skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a passion for luxury beauty
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint & Teams
