Job Summary
Sales and Education Beauty Advisor responsible for achieving regional retail sales plan and KPIs, delivering in-store education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales, and building collaborative relationships. Requires experience in cosmetic retail, artistry, and education, with the ability to recruit, consult and drive sales while adhering to retailer guidelines and budgets (ABH expense policy). Must plan and conduct events and trainings at store level, execute timely reporting, and maintain dress-code standards. Majority of time spent in-store engaging with customers and retailer staff; responsibilities include in-store education, event execution, social media/virtual support as needed, and administrative duties with due dates. Strong emphasis on communication, coaching, strategic decision-making based on sales analysis, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to promote brand and achieve targets in London, England.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience
- Experience managing a one-million-dollar counter or more for 3+ years while driving a successful business
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others to promotion
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
- Track record of meeting sales targets and KPI
- Effective communication skills
