Job Summary
Sales and Design Consultant designs and sells custom storage solutions for whole-home projects, meeting or exceeding sales targets while coordinating with installation teams. The role utilizes CAD software to design solutions, participates in a 12-week training period with salary during training, and offers commissions/bonuses after training. The position requires commuting to customers’ homes (showroom hours initially) and developing ongoing client relationships; strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and customer service are essential. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; experience in interior design, in-home sales, or related industry is preferred.

- Proficiency with CAD software program for designing custom storage solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software preferred
