Job Summary
Conduct client consultations to understand needs for incorporating plants into spaces and provide expert advice on plantscape solutions. Create innovative plantscape designs, present detailed proposals with cost estimates, and oversee project implementation while coordinating with suppliers and installation teams. Promote design services by highlighting benefits like improved air quality and aesthetic appeal, then build and maintain client relationships through ongoing support and follow-up. Identify market trends and potential clients to expand the client base in new markets, while generating reports on sales, project progress, and client feedback to refine strategies. This role operates with autonomy and travel, offering a base salary of $55,000-60,000 CAD annually plus commission, car allowance, and fuel card at Ambius, a division of Rentokil Canada Corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales
- Experience selling into multiple market segments
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass motor vehicle record search
