Job Summary
Educate customers on rug selection, material choices, and spatial planning while driving sales through follow-up and outreach. Advise clients on floor plan layouts and custom measurements, then resolve order-related matters including tracking, inquiries, and delivery logistics. Maintain a clean, on-brand showroom and deliver personalized experiences across in-person, chat, text, email, video, and phone channels. Respond to inquiries promptly, surprise customers with memorable experiences, and learn innovative technologies like CAD modeling and 3D rendering to visualize spaces. Establish feedback loops to improve internal processes and maintain high accountability. This part-time role requires flexible weekend and holiday hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, for a team pioneering a new age of customer experience in the custom rug industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
- Must be able to work Saturdays, Sunday, Mondays and Tuesdays
