Job Summary
Conduct customer education on rug selection, material choices, and spatial planning while driving sales through follow-up and outreach. Maintain a clean, on-brand showroom and resolve order-related matters including tracking, delivery logistics, and inquiries across multiple channels. Advise clients on floor plan layouts and custom measurements, utilizing CAD modeling and 3D rendering tools to visualize spaces. Respond to inquiries and build strong relationships to ensure customer loyalty. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will join a small team pioneering a new age of customer experience for custom rugs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
