Sales and Design Consultant (Durham)

Commute to customers' homes to design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software and collaborate with the installation team to ensure job completion. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business while managing a portfolio of projects and clients of varying complexity. Conduct continuous follow-up with customers and participate in meetings and training sessions. This full-time role (40+ hours per week) offers a 12-week paid training period before transitioning to an uncapped earning structure with a first-year expectation of $65-$80k. The position oversees the DURHAM area and requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
