Job Summary
In-home design and sales consultant to design and sell cabinetry, closets, home offices, garages, media centers, and other storage solutions. Responsibilities include estimating, selling, designing, ordering, measuring home spaces, and providing exceptional customer service. Telecommute to customers’ homes for needs analysis and to design storage units using our proprietary CAD software; participate in monthly training; pursue referrals and repeat business; collaborate with the installation team to ensure job completion.
Required Qualifications
- Interior design education or direct industry experience
- Experience in customer service or retail sales
- Proficiency with CAD or design software (previous CAD experience a plus)
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to design and sell storage solutions
- Ability to estimate, measure, design, and order custom storage solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and comfort using laptops/tablets/CRM systems
