Job Summary
Design and sell custom storage solutions for residential spaces using proprietary CAD software, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business. Travel to customers’ homes to design spaces and collaborate with the installation team to ensure project completion, with training provided at the Richmond, CA location. Role requires creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-value, personalized design solutions. Candidates with interior design education or in-home sales experience are preferred; advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, and experience with Salesforce, CAD or design software are advantageous. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Training period is 12 weeks with pay at $19/hour during training, after which compensation includes hourly pay plus potential commissions or bonuses.
