Job Summary
Sales and Customer Support Specialist to support site account managers, identify and advance current and new sales opportunities, coordinate planning across customer planners and buyers, and provide timely customer support in line with Metso processes and policies. You will participate in customer meetings and site visits, assist with warranty resolution with customer service teams, maintain installed base information and related customer data, and contribute technical and cost input to sales cases and proposals. Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is a plus, with experience supporting global or international business needs considered a bonus.
