Job Summary
Sales & Service Representative at TruckingHQ, based in our Lawrenceville, GA office, will blend inside sales with customer service to guide carriers and owner-operators through DOT compliance services. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the DOT compliance suite, performing inbound and outbound sales calls to carriers and fleet managers, onboarding new clients and initial setup, providing ongoing client support and education on DOT requirements, monitoring accounts and recommending service enhancements (ELD, CSA score management), and collaborating with the internal compliance team to keep client records audit-ready. The role requires 1+ year of inside sales or DOT compliance experience, strong communication skills, comfort with consultative sales, high organization, and CRM proficiency. Hybrid work flavor in a primarily in-office environment with a Monday–Friday schedule; base pay plus commission, PTO/holidays, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or DOT compliance
- trucking industry experience a major plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills—written and verbal
- comfortable making sales calls and offering consultative solutions
- highly organized with an eye for regulatory detail
- tech-savvy; able to work in a CRM and navigate basic cloud-based systems
- onboard new clients and manage initial setup (Driver Qualification Files, Clearinghouse, etc.)
- provide ongoing client support and education regarding DOT compliance requirements
- monitor client accounts and proactively recommend service enhancements (ELD, CSA Score Management, etc.)
- collaborate with internal compliance team to ensure client records stay audit-ready
