Job Summary
Engage with customers in-person, by phone, or digitally to understand their needs and recommend solutions while driving sales through lead identification and conversion. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics while collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey. Stay up to date on products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a goal-oriented mindset required to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role preferred
