Job Summary
Manage negotiations with assigned OEM customers and build executive-level relationships while maintaining and monitoring the business environment for those accounts. Identify and cultivate new sales prospects compatible with manufacturing capabilities to achieve profit goals, and establish product price structures based on cost estimates and historical performance. Lead early involvement with customers on new projects and expand opportunities outside of OEM markets. This in-office, salaried role requires prior experience with OEM customers with complex fabrication needs and involves minimal travel.

- Prior experience with OEM customers with complex fabrication needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in contract manufacturing, in a sales capacity (Outside/Inside)
- Experience in sales with government contractors, knowledge of FARS/DFARS and rated contracts
- A demonstrated ability to identify, develop and profitably win business that is strategically important to the company
- Background in industrial and metal fabrication/operations
- Candidate must have a general technical knowledge of OEM
- willingness to expand this knowledge into adjacent markets outside
