Sales and Campaign Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct sales administrative functions before and after the contract phase, including prospecting new customer leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating campaign execution. Maintain the customer database and CRM by inputting profiles, updating records, and distributing reports. Track and analyze sales expenses for reimbursement, manage conceptual art requests, and resolve campaign problems by investigating issues and notifying account executives. Coordinate panel locations, monitor ongoing campaign activities, and deliver proof of performance information to ensure on-time contractual execution. Submit an 8-15 minute personality assessment upon application.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to timely and accurately enter and compile data
- High level of organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written (Email) and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
- Ability to work independently and act on one's own initiative
