Job Summary
Oversees the sales operations and business development of BA; develops and implements sales and marketing strategies, financial objectives, and KPI targets; prepares and updates the Division Business Plan, monitors ROI on networking and marketing activities, and ensures compliance with PH BA requirements and accreditation rules. Responsible for customer feedback analysis, retention, and satisfaction metrics; prepares Proposal Worksheets with Sales Executives; conducts Training Needs Analysis and ongoing professional development for the administration team; leads planning, organizational and leadership activities, and performance assessments. Key skills include public speaking and presentation, negotiation, customer relationship management, root-cause analysis, problem solving, team motivation and supervision, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduate (any 4-year course)
- MBA is an advantage
