Job Summary
Sales and Business Development Executive in Ankara responsible for developing assurance services in quality management systems, food safety management systems, and sustainability; drive sales strategies to meet targets; conduct industry research, maintain communications across departments, and prepare monthly sales activity reports. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in business development/sales, ISO/GFSI certification knowledge, sustainability standards familiarity, strong English and communication skills, and Ankara residency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a university
- Preferably 2 years of experience in business development and sales
- Experience in quality management system certification—knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001,and GFSI-specific certification schemes for the food industry (BRCGS Food, IFS, etc.)
- Preferably knowledgeable about sustainability-related standards (ISO 14064, ISO 14046, FSC, ISO 50001, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Proficient in planning, organization, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and strong relationship management abilities
- Dynamic and self-confident.
- Residing in Ankara.
