Job Summary
Sales Analytics Manager on the Revenue Operations team to analyze data, spot trends, and lead initiatives that boost customer success and business results. Responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key success metrics, analyzing customer and prospect behavior and product usage to drive strategy, partnering with GTM and Product, collaborating with Finance on models and forecasts, planning and deploying customer/territory strategies, and communicating data-driven findings to stakeholders. Requires expertise in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar); knowledge of customer journey metrics (NPS/CSAT) and customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Catalyst); strong communication and initiative; remote in the US (EST/CST) with comprehensive benefits and compensation details discussed above.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops or similar Finance roles (bonus if at a startup or SaaS company).
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- An effective communicator who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
