Job Summary
Manage client portfolios, prospect new accounts, and develop sales plans to support business growth. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, administer CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Conduct sales analysis, monitor performance indicators, and generate reports to drive decision-making. Liaise with internal stakeholders, organize commercial documentation, and support the sales team with administrative tasks and meeting materials. Based in Porto Alegre, RS, the position is primarily remote with occasional travel and potential coworking space requirements. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Naval Engineering or Production Engineering
- Fluent English
- Experience in commercial or project environments
- Proficiency in Excel, CAD/DWG, and MS Office tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
