Job Summary
Proactively engage customers while sampling products and prepare food using induction cooktops, toasters, and blenders. Cut and sample produce and grocery items while achieving sales goals by sharing products and encouraging customers to try new items. Coordinate event activities including setup, takedown, and inventory management, then prepare event recaps via SharePoint. Maintain program-specific equipment and adhere to strict food safety guidelines while completing assigned online trainings. Stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours and demonstrate sizzle selling skills. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
- Thrives on customer engagement
- Ability to suggestively sell product
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow cooking directions
- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office
