Job Summary
Sales Ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market engaged in proactively assisting customers with sampling products, preparing and serving food per provided directions, cutting and sampling produce, and achieving sales goals by sharing product and encouraging trials. Responsible for coordinating event activities (setup/takedown, informing department managers of upcoming events), managing sample inventory, preparing event recaps via SharePoint, maintaining program equipment, adhering to food safety guidelines, and completing online trainings to expand product knowledge. Requires strong customer service, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to stand for long periods and operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members
