Job Summary
Proactively engage customers while sampling products, prepare and serve food using induction cooktops and blenders, and cut produce to encourage new product trials. Coordinate event activities including setup, takedown, and inventory management, while maintaining strict food safety guidelines and completing assigned online trainings. Achieve sales goals by sharing products and building rapport with store team members. This role requires standing at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours and involves sowing product knowledge within Sprouts Farmers Market's fast-paced, friendly environment focused on healthy living and farm-fresh produce.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
- Thrives on customer engagement
- Ability to suggestively sell product
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow cooking directions
- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
