Job Summary
Proactively engage customers by sampling products, preparing food on induction cooktops, and cutting produce to encourage new purchases. Coordinate event activities including setup, takedown, and inventory management while maintaining strict food safety guidelines and completing assigned online trainings. Achieve sales goals by sharing product knowledge and building rapport with store team members. This role requires standing at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours, adhering to cooking directions, and utilizing intermediate computer skills to prepare event recaps. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
