Job Summary
Sales Ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for proactively engaging customers, sampling products, preparing and serving foods per provided directions, cutting and sampling produce, achieving sales goals by sharing products, coordinating all event activities (setup, takedown, and communication in department meetings), managing sample inventory, preparing event recaps via SharePoint, maintaining program equipment, enforcing food safety guidelines, and completing online trainings to build knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office
- Strong organizational skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow cooking directions
- Thrives on customer engagement
- High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
