Job Summary
Proactively engage customers while sampling products, preparing and serving food using kitchen equipment, and cutting produce for tasting stations. Achieve sales goals by sharing product knowledge and encouraging customers to try new items. Coordinate event activities including setup, takedown, and inventory management, while maintaining program-specific equipment and adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Complete assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base and prepare event recaps via SharePoint. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy and a passion for customer engagement, standing at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
- Thrives on customer engagement
- Ability to suggestively sell product
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow cooking directions
- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office
- Strong organizational skills
