Job Summary
Proactively engage customers by sampling products, preparing food using induction cooktops and blenders, and cutting produce to encourage new product trials. Coordinate event activities including setup, takedown, and inventory management while maintaining sample supply levels and preparing recaps via SharePoint. Adhere to strict food safety guidelines, complete assigned online trainings, and communicate upcoming events in department manager meetings. Stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours and suggestively sell products to achieve sales goals. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
- Thrives on customer engagement
- Ability to suggestively sell product
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow cooking directions
- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office
- Strong organizational skills
