Sales Ambassador responsible for driving motorcycle loan acquisition and on-ground execution at partner dealer stores. Responsibilities include engaging walk-in customers, guiding applicants through the Salmon Moto Loan process via the Salmon Agent App, explaining loan features and terms, collecting and verifying IDs and documents, processing applications, coordinating inventory and unit releases, and ensuring compliant documentation. Leads inventory monitoring, reports to Head Office, coordinates with Branch Managers and dealer staff, and ensures proper branding and marketing setup during releases, while safeguarding all documents and escalating discrepancies or potential fraud.
