Job Summary
Identify potential members through community engagement and networking to generate new business opportunities for sporting events and premium experiences. Attend local events, games, and community functions to represent the Coachella Valley Firebirds, Lakers, and Acrisure Arena, establishing relationships with community leaders and key sales decision-makers. Act as a liaison between local members and sales representatives to ensure follow-through, support coordination of fan experiences and VIP events, and collaborate with internal teams to hit revenue goals. This part-time role offers a $21.00 hourly wage with commission eligibility, 401(k) matching, and remains open until November 20, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, established network within the Coachella Valley, including relationships with local business owners, influencers, community leaders, and residents
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- preferably in the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with a natural ability to engage and inspire people
- Comfortable engaging new people and serving as one of the organization's brand sales ambassadors
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to individuals and groups
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the organization's sales and senior leadership teams
