Job Summary
Sales Ambassador role focused on driving motorcycle loan acquisition within partner dealer stores. Responsibilities include engaging walk-in customers, guiding applicants through the Salmon Moto Loan process via the Salmon Agent App, ensuring accurate data capture and document readiness, coordinating unit releases with proper branding and materials, and monitoring inventory while reporting to Head Office. The position emphasizes customer engagement, loan processing, compliance with KYC/documentation standards, and close collaboration with branch managers and dealer staff to align dealer operations with Salmon processes.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time employment
- Experience in auto/moto lending or financial services is preferred
- Ability to guide customers through loan applications and document verification
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
