Assist with sales conversion by collecting IDs, verifying documents, and ensuring accurate encoding via the Salmon Agent App. Execute unit releases by preparing signing documents, verifying vehicle condition, and setting up marketing materials while maintaining strict compliance with KYC requirements. Monitor inventory movements, report status to Head Office, and flag discrepancies to stakeholders. Coordinate closely with branch managers and dealer staff to ensure smooth operations and proper document turnover to back-office teams.
