Job Summary
Join Camarillo Fitness as a Sales Ambassador and enhance the member experience by driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting studio operations.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
- Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
- Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
- MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience.
