Sales Ambassador - Calamba Laguna

ROLE OVERVIEW: The Sales Ambassador is responsible for driving motorcycle loan acquisition and ensuring smooth on-ground execution within partner dealer stores. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement of walk-in clients, guiding applicants through the Salmon Moto Loan process, accurate encoding of customer data via the Salmon Agent App, verification of IDs and supporting documents, and ensuring complete documentation prior to submission. The role also covers release execution with proper signing and turnover, inventory monitoring and reporting to Head Office, strong partner coordination with Branch Managers and dealer staff, and strict adherence to compliance and KYC requirements. Key activities include converting leads to applications, ensuring accurate loan processing, preparing documents for unit release, setting up marketing materials during releases, and escalating discrepancies or potential fraud as needed.
