Job Summary
Sales Ambassador role at Lush Chicago Armitage Avenue focusing on delivering world-class customer experiences and driving sales on the shop floor. Responsibilities include utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed sales goals, conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), and contributing to store operations and team success. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service, knowledge and passion for skincare and cosmetics, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; youth-employment program details apply for under-18 hires. Strong emphasis on building brand knowledge, consultative selling, DEIB, teamwork, and ongoing product knowledge.
