You will handle warm inbound calls from individuals seeking Medicare plan options, guide them through plan selections, and enroll eligible clients. The position offers a fixed $18/hour base with uncapped commission, a typical first-year range of $75K–$120K, full benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into senior agent or team lead roles. In-office, weekday schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with health insurance and PTO after 90 days; includes ongoing coaching and AHIP/license support after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15 insurance license
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to work in-office in downtown Sarasota
