Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales with a strong performance track record (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills
- Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule to support international markets (13:00–22:00, 15:00–00:00, 17:00–02:00, 19:00–04:00)
- Based in Barcelona (remote after training)
- English proficiency required; additional languages a plus
