Job Summary
Insurance Sales Agent role handling quoting and closing new or renewal business, building client relationships, updating policies and payments, and achieving individual and team targets. Requires experience in insurance/financial services, strong communication, customer service, accuracy, data protection adherence, and ability to work in a fast-paced inbound sales environment with FCA guidelines in mind. Hybrid/onsite options available in Formby area with a focus on policy administration and customer satisfaction.
