Contact drivers via calls and WhatsApp to support registration and onboarding, then persuade them to actively take trips on the platform. Conduct daily follow-ups to maintain strong communication, build positive relationships, and address concerns professionally. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth driver onboarding experience. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly

Desired Qualifications
