Job Summary
Sales Agent responsible for sourcing leads, prospecting, networking, and meeting monthly sales goals across multiple Missouri and Illinois locations. Must communicate effectively (written and verbal), deliver excellent customer service, and maintain retention while building a profitable business. Requires licenses in Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance (or ability to qualify), a valid driver's license, and successful background/credit/drug checks. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
- Computer experience and good organization skill
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
