Source and develop leads, prospect, and network to meet monthly sales goals. Provide excellent customer service to maintain retention while qualifying and maintaining Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to build a profitable business. Start at an hourly rate of $28.85, with full-time agents earning between $99,600 and $121,700 annually after training and exceeding goals. Uncapped commissions are available for those who surpass targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
- Computer experience
- Good organization skill
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
