Job Summary
Talk with customers over the phone about life insurance products, understand their needs, and guide them through policy options. Support customers in making confident, informed decisions and hit individual and team sales targets in a structured, warm-lead environment. Full-time, office-based role in Barangaroo, Sydney, with a rotating schedule between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and no weekend or late-night shifts. Training provided to set you up for success and opportunities for progression in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Clear, confident communicators
- Growth mindset and desire to learn
- Proactive attitude, with resilience and reliability
- Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required
