Job Summary
Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories while delivering outstanding service to retain and gain customers. Greet clients in a friendly, timely manner and maintain a positive work environment by balancing customer experience with performance goals. Stay proactive in learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates, and resolve issues through effective communication with management. Manage administrative tasks including filing paperwork, troubleshooting, and cash handling while ensuring store cleanliness, proper stocking, and compliance with corporate standards. Participate in outside sales events or promotions and work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays across various locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
- One year of retail sales or customer service experience
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
- Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers
- Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling
