Job Summary
Sales Advocate for Talk4less Wireless Dealer responsible for delivering friendly customer service, promoting wireless promos, and achieving sales/retention goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties include greeting customers, learning promos and policy updates, handling administrative tasks (filing forms, communicating with management), maintaining store presentation and inventory, ensuring store opens/closes properly, balancing customer experience with performance targets, selling no-contract wireless phones/services/accessories, and participating in outside sales events or promotions. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, at least one year of retail sales or customer service experience (wireless sales experience preferred), proficiency with basic computer skills and POS/cash handling, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes customer service, partner collaboration with store leadership, and ongoing learning of promotions and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
- One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required
- Management experience is not required, but preferred for moving further into store management/ownership
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling
