Job Summary
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding of client needs, while building value through tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses. Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism, assist store leaders with operations, and achieve sales goals and KPIs to earn commissions. Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities as part of regular duties, which may include customer interaction, product representation, and event setup. This role requires working a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work multiple locations within a district.

- At least 18 years old
- Legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking
- Requirement to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions to completion
- Problem solves under pressure
