Job Summary
Provide extraordinary customer service and build value by offering tailored solutions to fit the needs of customers, families, or businesses. Represent Cricket Wireless and Mobilelink with professionalism, assist store leadership with daily operations, and pursue sales goals and KPIs. Be prepared to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment; possess reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- 18 years old or older
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Live within 30 minutes of the store location and able to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Retail sales experience helpful but not required
